Fp Red e85 Speed Density stock ecu

Just wanted to share my new dyno numbers after converting over to Speed Density on the stock Ecu.

Old 514whp 455wtq 31-32psi New 539whp 466wtq 30psi

I did change some stuff when I converted over to speed density.
Intercooler- old AMS 3.5" core New Buschur Race 3.8" core (bigger core should hurt spool up)
intake manifold- old stock New Buschur ported stock manifold

Notice the faster spool up and extra hp/trq thru out the power band. Even with the bigger Buschur intercooler it's still spooling faster than my old setup on the stock maf.

Big Thanks to Phuong at Wingz Performance for the Great Tune.

Mod list
Fp Red 80mm(ported, forge wastegate)
Buschur 3" intake
Buschur Race fmic/piping
Buschur Double pumper
Buschur Dual muffler exhaust
Buschur ported intake mani.
Full-Race Exhaust manifold
Helix 02 housing
Tial bov
Gsc S2 cams
Hallman Pro Rx boost controller (30psi)
Fic 1450cc injectors
Works throttle body (not 65mm)
E85

Thanks Guys.
Stock bottom end has held up great so far.

I switched to speed density early in the year, just never had a chance to dyno till yesterday. (dyno day event)

I'll bet most of the gains were from the ported intake manifold and the new BR FMIC. Regardless, it looks like a beast and once you have a built motor you could probably increase boost to 35+ psi and see another 50+ whp. Congrats...

I was just really surprised to see the power come on faster.

Car is ready for a built bottom end...still undecided, stick with the 2.0 or go 2.3

I'm in a similar predicament...I was leaning towards a Buschur 2.3L, but now may just stick with a LR 2.0.

You just need a map sensor and ait sensor.

You get faster spool up and better idle/driveability especially if your running big cams.

Great power. SD added 20whp to my setup with back to back pulls. If you want to drag just get the 2.0 IMO
