no offense, but something seems very wrong here. My M2 cosworth/FP black/ 50/50meth setup breaks 400ftlbs around 4500 rpms on VRD. Either your tune is way off, (which those afr's lead me to believe), or there's a lot of power left on the table here I may be missing something??

the fp "stock" frame turbo always make a ton of torque. That is probably why you make 400 ft lbs. If you look at all the stock turbo's on here a lot of them make 400 ft lbs also. His numbers are similar to mine posted below @ 25.5 Psi. What you're missing is, there is a lot of power left in our turbo's, but that is pushing it on the stock block. If I had to guess you're probably at 28-30 psi on your black?

Yes this is a very conservative tune. We didnt wanna push the stock block to where it would blow. Your right though there is a lot of power left but better to be safe then sorry.

32psi, and i make around 430ft lbs peak. I make 400 at only 4,500rpms. It makes for a substantially faster ride. But tq is what breaks stuff haha

With that said, i just don't see the point to this combo. You're not pushing the limits of anything with this hp/tq. What harm is there turning up the 35r another 4 psi? I sincerely don't know the answer to that, i'm not trying to bust your ***** or anything. Maybe with some more tuning you could?

His chart is not using the correct MD CF. That would be 0.95. Whoever did his tune used his own "custom" CF.

When using the correct MD CF, it does read as a real MD does.

His "custom" Cf is set to read lower then a Md.

Thanks!

No its not. we already went over this in the previous posts on here. Open the program yourself and see for yourself.

Example:

car makes 394/377 at 1.09 CF with a smoothing of 20

now i take that same car and set the CF to 1.029 (which is what yours is set to.

That 394/377 now becomes 372/355

now lets use proper mustang settings for the program (0.95 CF)

now that takes your 372/355 to 343/328

So there you have it.

I help Brad develop Virtual Dyno and was responsible for comparing REAL MD charts with VD and coming up with the Mustang Dyno CF.

The correct Mustang Dyno CF is .95, like I previously said .
