2.3L on E85 FP-BLK / HTA-GRN / TME Power compare
Great write up, Im in the same boat as I put my Black on last week. Miss the snap of the Green but the Black holds 30psi to redline vs 26 on the Green making the Black a highway monster. At this point if I can't get more low end out of the black im going to stick with the Green, or even worse get a Red and be back where I started from when I bout the car.
Curt, did you try adjusting the exhaust cam? I was able to shift my powerband a few hundred rpms.

I wish i had the time to run less boost up top..... I think thats why the turbo stopped making power for me....
I know with the tme, i had the w/g actuator cranked down..... i then loosened it up a bit, i still ran the same boost level, but made more power up top, ~10whp. I beleive this was due to less little backpressure.
I ran a fp-red on my stock block / 91 octane & that turbo was awesome imo.
Very informative thread, thanks for the comparisons.
I'm looking at doing a 2.4L build 9.5 or 10:1 compression. I planned to run dual maps, e85 for power and a 98 (93 over here in usa) tune as its my daily. Wondering how much spool id gain with the extra 0.1L, im guessing not much.
