This car won't see the 1/4 mile anytime in the near future. I'm still on the stock transmission and transfer case. Both are holding up nicely. I still have a year left until I graduate, so no breaking things until I'm out.

Your clutch isn't gonna hold up nicley for that long lol

I normally respect you but if you didn't have a dyno you would be doing what these guys are doing... Mellon has TUNED plenty of cars and has made tons of power and to call him, or anyone else, a tooner because someone with a DYNO is COMPLETELY WRONG is pure ignorance and stupidity...

Not at all what I meant by my post and my apologies if it came across that way.

put this on cbrd or buschurs dyno and i bet it barely hits 570 with a smoothing of 60.

i would like to add, we just did 9.8 @141 with a car that dynoed 575whp mustang dyno @ 37 psi on e85. its a full interior, daily driven street car. i might add that its quicker and faster then mellons time on e85 with 125whp less. so over hyped numbers? you be the judge.

Using a 4" SD intake will alleviate my problem and this discussion.

I think you guys are really misinterpreting each others intentions. I do not appreciate anyone coming in my thread and bashing other people. KevinD is the only reason my car is functional and producing the numbers it is. He is the guy I trust implicitly.

Nice build! Kevin does good work and shouldn't have to prove anything when his proof is driving all over Texas.
