The boost plots show a major change in spool-up,,, The loss of low end is a wash against the gains upstairs in my opinion. An intake manifod will probably bump the peak gain by another 50 or so hp to the wheels. I'm excited to see this curve develop over the next few weeks.

Wanna know what makes it so "average"?

Weisco/eagle drop-ins -->> Under $1,000 in parts

Journal bearing 6262// rnr manifold bought used--->> Under 1,000 in parts

Great advice and sourcing parts allowed this gentleman to "Get the most from his combo" for the same price that other evo owners spend on wheels. The used parts for sale on evom rock!

PS... Same results on stock bottoms-- The drop-ins aren't even a factor at this power level.

If my memory serves me well, and I seem to recall some Buschur Racing Dyno comparisons, this RNR RamHorn manifold is a DOG!

Im also getting to be a fan of these S3's . Aaron put some on my car when we had some s2's on order and they didnt come it we decided to go with the S3's. Im on a stock block with a 35r. they really love to rev, it pulls all they way past 8K and is still making power well past 7K. They do also sound mean!

On 92oct im making a ave of 480whp, with a high of 498whp. on a pretty conservative tune.

I upgraded from S2's to S3's and think the bigger S3's actually idle better. This car has another easy 50whp with the next round of mods. Budget build ftw

I am searching for a link to DB's old thread about dyno testing the RNR header against the Full Race and a ported stock manifold on his shop RS. I think that it was back in 2005. I'll post the link as soon as I find it.

I do recall that the RNR header was down 2-3 WHP compared to the stock ported manifold though!
