On my street tires (235/40/18 Federal RS-R's) I used to pull low 1.7's

Thanks man
I've got some stuff to work out. I used to pull consistent 1.7s in my 95 Talon AWD with a 20G on 235/45/17 Nitto 450 Extremes. I'm gonna have less problems on a prepped track. At least your car gives me a ballpark idea of what is to expect.

Yea same here, I used to pull 1.7's on my 18" street tires on our unprepped track...makes me wonder what I could really pull with these QTP's on a properly prepped

Thanks man...yea someone blew up a few minutes before that pass and spilt oil and what not all over, so they had to be throwing down sand to contain the spill and burning off the excess oil...looks like there was some debris left, I spun the slicks when I hooked 2nd and it was heading for the wall but thank God it wasn't that bad.

This car continues to run so impressive. I believe that its just a matter of getting back to the track to run 10s . BTW is this car still ur daily driver, and how is the drivability?

I was considering shifting to 5th, but since these tires are taller than my 18" street setup I didn't have to take 4th that far (8200rpm according to my logs)
Nice!

10s are right around the corners

I also just notice that your are is LHD

Thanks man, I know it's got it for the 10's...
Yup, this is my full weight, daily driven car (spare tire, jack, stereo and all)...3hrs from kgn to the track and 3hrs back...drive-ability is excellent, stock-like.

Yea, I actually bought the car from Gregs at MGW and brought it down here
It's a little annoying trying to overtake being that we drive on the left here...but the Red does make it a little easier

Yea I'm still running the MAF...considering switching over to SD but I'm holding off a bit until I 100% fully grasp it.
