I've never heard of the non-fitment issue. Weird. I have an ETS 3.5" on my car and it fits perfect.

My 3.5 ETS went on my 05 perfectly. I trimmed the bumper before doing a test fit on the car then realized it didnt need any trimming at all. My only "complaint" is that I didnt get the spacers with my I/C. I put complaint in quotes because a stack of washers took care of that in 2 min.

Yeah, I should also look into the ETS 3.5" as my next upgrade.
