You have reletively the same mods as me, except that I made 461whp and 381ft/lbs @ 25psi, on pump. With an FP black, stock block, ect.

Like the numbers though I think a better tune will yeild you more hp than you might expect.

better tune, ported im/tb/ tubular exhaust man will net him more gains.

Since you have an evo8 i'm sure the head might have some coreshift like JohnBradley has discovered in the past. Clean up and port it and I'm sure you'll have much more gains.

Great results! Should we expect some track times before the year is over?

I am not sure what you fellahs mean by a "better tune". Not everyone tries to exploit the greatest amount of power out of their set up especially if they daily drive their EVO. The 445whp and 390wtq for daily driving seems to be a good set up just to enjoy the car. As for tuning, JMS knows what they are doing and for all we know, the owner may have decided to keep things rather conservative and only use "kill mode" when at the track. Yes, a better intake manifold and exhaust manifold would net better gains and might even make the same power with lower boost. As for the EVO8 head issue you bring up, this is the first time I have heard of it. Can you post a link (thread) where I can read about it? Thanks.

I'm not saying JMS doesn't know how to tune. They built Rockmans car top down. I just mean more power can be squeezed if desired. 30psi e85 should have little more power. Here is the link for coreshift:
