hey guys,
I have a 2004 gsr evo 8 and may get a tune this weekend, i am curious to know what power i will make with my very simple setup.Here is the mods:
Hallman MBC
walbro 255 hp pump
smc meth kit
3" TBE
K&N intake
NGK 1 step colder plugs
thanks would appreciate any input on this.

around 300whp, may be less. I have HKS intake, O2 housing, down pipe, test pipe, exhaust, EST licp, Walbro fuel pump, turbo 9, boost 21psi and making 320.

Go and get your car tuned before you start worrying about #s. All that stuff is great but whats the use of adding it without the tune. A good tuner will make power reguardless of what mods you have. Just the nature of the way the cars are tuned from the factory.

And where is big Al now? Exactly, there are plenty of guys who have no issues running meth. Obviously you have to put some sort of fail safe in and it also depends what content of meth you decide to run.
Meth is not safe. Its one of the most dangerous things you can run on your car. That being said many have and continue to run it some of the failsafes help, none of the failsafes can account for the corrosion and flammibility of straight meth.
At the OP dont get hung up on dyno numbers, dynos are a tool to measure a starting point and make extra power in the mods you choose and the tune. Most guys running meth on setups like yours are in the 325-380 range a lot depends of the engine, dyno and how far you want your tuner to push your car.

AND HE KNOWS I WILL BE USING THE SMC KIT.i dont know why ppl complain bt this kit too bad the company went out of business.I think is one of the most affordable and most simple meth kit you can get.I ran this kit in my subaru and never really had a problem.
oh i will be using straight m1 by VP racing.Hopefully i can run around 27 psi seeing we will be spraying meth will see how is goes and hopefully i can put up a decent dyno sheet up here.
Hey where are you tuning? I just got an evo and has similar mods and would like to talk to a tuner about getting tuned.
