700whp 3586 2.0L Evo VIII

Akash has been building a show car ( https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/no...-done-car.html ) that also has plenty of go. When he first came to us, he had had an unfortunate experience with another shop and got a car in pieces. We put it all back together, got it broke in and started getting it the way he had been dreaming. Originally it was a FP Black but that only kept him satisfied for awhile before the power bug bit again.

Enter an ETS 3586 kit.

The car has-

2.0L built by ????
8.5:1 compression JE/Eagle
GSC S2s
Ported head ????
Magnus intake manifold
Full Blown double pumper
FIC 1450s
AEM meth kit (M5 jet)
ETS 4" intercooler and piping
ETS 3.5" exhaust
Omnipower 4 bar MAP sensor
Aeromotive FPR
ER SD tuning

The result?-

Congrats Akash and looking forward to a LR2.4 with S3s. The car made 592 on pump which is one of the higher 3586 2.0L results we have seen on 92 octane and just the little spray of meth the AEM supplies.

Thanks

aaron

How much head room did you have on the injectors?

I will go back into the logs, but on gasoline I dont think we were even 80% yet on the Evo scale of 100%.

Nice, I hope I can hit 700whp on my 1450's on e85 with a double pumper, but idk if they're big enough, we'll see!

We have done it on a very efficient build but we also used dual 044s.

Mine isnt going to be the most efficient, I should probably start looking for injectors again rather than waste time getting tuned, and falling short
