Spark Tech equipped Drag Evo 1138whp
Paul Dziubek of www.Materialmordshop.de or www.amsperformance.de is the owner of this immaculately prepared Drag Evo. Paul has set a goal of taking the World record which is currently held by STM NZ@ 8.34@169mph. He has enlisted and brought together some of the best names in this industry. Today in Germany they hit the rollers with Andre Simon of Speedtech Motorsports in charge of Mapping the ecu. The results were very Impressive and Yes there is more left in her. The car will be debuted at an event on the 8th of June. Stay tuned as i'm sure we'll be hearing from this team quite a bit this year.

An update from Andre Simon of STM NZ "The first Dyno session got cut short when the aeromotive mechanical pump failed. We aren't sure what went wrong but it sheared the drive off so it was game over for the day. We tried tuning it with just the single magna fuel electric primer pump but this was dropping fuel pressure at 800 whp and only 27-28 psi.
We pulled the pin so I could tune an Evo 9 time attack car that we were taking to the ring the next day. After returning from the nurburgring, Paul temporarily installed a second electric pump and we hit the Dyno again.
We were short on time and had a limited supply of hose and AN fittings so the install was far from ideal. Due to this and the fact I had no EFT data I chose to limit the runs to 45 psi boost. I was blown away how well the combo worked though as I was only expecting around 1000 whp at this boost.
The best part is that between 7500 and 10500 rpm the power is basically flat. In fact power is still climbing slightly at 10,500! This thing is an animal!
Once Paul has sorted the fuel system out I would expect to see 1200+ whp @ 50 psi and who knows where the limit will be. Since we only ever made 1000 whp with DS9 I think Paul's car has definitely got the goods to lower the record.
Your ignition system was faultless as always. Due to my concerns with the fuel system and no EGT data I chose to run the engine very rich to provide a safety margin. Even with these rich mixtures at 45 psi boost the ignition system gave no trouble."
