issue after upgrades and tune!?

hey guys looking for some insight, just had a tune done and now something is cutting out at 5500 rpm. feels like fuel cut but after tuner reviewed the logs its not the fuel (air fuels were at 11.5:1). during tunning there were no issues. the tuner did 10-15 clean WOT pulls to 7000rpm. he is going to email me the logs after the tune and after the issue started occurring when i took it back to him. here is a video of whats going on

(note: check engine light does blink most pulls. (knock sensor)

check engine light came on after it started happening throwing a cyl. 3 miss. after further searching discovered that cylinder 3 spark plug threads were almost completely stripped. we came to the conclusion that this issue had to be the problem. had it helicoiled today and when i drove it the problem persisted. came back pulled the plug, checked gap, reinstalled plug. went back out. still happening.

I recently installed 1000cc injectors and a walbro 255 fuep pump(which is why i retuned)
supporting mods are:

aem intake
buscher turbo back exhaust
halman mbc (boost at 26psi) stock turbo
ams intercooler
280 cams

any thoughts on what could possibly be going on?? my only thought at this point could possibly be the coils?

im stumped! what do you got?

Is no lift to shift on and your touching the clutch pedal? I have had to make a few people stop resting their foot on the clutch pedal when NLTS is enabled. Try another pull with your left foot on the dead pedal

same thing happened to my car even with my foot off the clutch pedal it would fall flat on its face... i dunno, i just told tscompusa to disable my NLTS and i never looked back. ive heard that NLTS really wears out your transmission/synchros.

My bad on the wrong section. Is there a moderator that can switch it to the right one? My gap is now set to .020 and as far as I know the NLTS is off but ill have to double check. Did a pull this morning with my left foot on the dead peddle still did it at 5500rpm

Do not take that advice ^

Run Iridiums, stock heat range. Go as tight as .018 if nessessary but I doubt you need to go that tight..

Br8es would be 1.5 steps colder for the record. Non projected tip. Bpr8es would be 1 step. But not needed at your power level.

This^^^ bet your doing your pull in 4th or 5th gear...and your tuner did it in 3rd. You are hitting too much load causing boost cut. I just had this same thing happen..have the load cells adjusted and my guess as well as ExVitermini's is thats the prob. GL

It say's 2nd gear in the video. However, temp changes can make it act the same, especially with an MBC. I'd check the load cut before doing anything else.

Didnt listen to the video, just viewed it and based on the statement that his tuner drove it to 7k and nothing happened deduced that the tuner tuned in 3rd and load increased in upper gears.

0.018 is way too short and one range cooler is fine if you got bolt ons but either way works.

Also 280 cams with stock turbo??? Where did you get your fuel pump? There's a lot of Walbro 255 knock offs that will do all sorts of things to drive you crazy. Also, what boost is your boost gauge actually saying? Sorry if that's in the video but I'm at a place where I can't watch.

If the weather temp has cooled down enough (thanks to winter), you could be boosting too high due to using a MBC.
