Aren't the HKS downpipes only 2.5"? I have similar mods but AMS and Buschur with no cat and made 360/360 at 28psi. I'm wondering if the exhaust is the difference between us right now.

 

This one is a 3 inch so I'm not sure on that one!

I think so, I can't see it behind the bumper.
