Stupid.

If you want big torque down low, perhaps look at a 2.6L stroker with a FP HTA Green or something.

Wouldnt rev very high, (6-6.5k) but would be torquey as hell!

I say if you want that much torque then you shouldn't even consider a 4cyl, no point imo. You need to look into something like this:

630hp/630ft lbs tq. This is the type of power the OP wanted. Easier to do on a 6.2L,
handles decent, and is still reliable for a dd.
