Looks like the run was started late. I am particularly interested because I have a 6262 and a Hafe kit and a 2.4 as to when it spools from a low Roll. Say Nail it at 2k in 3rd. What rpm is full boost acheived? Does it spools better or worse than comparable Turbo's on tubular Manifold ? How does power compare?

What compression ratio pistons and is the wastegate recirculated or dumped? I was hoping to be over 600 at 30psi but you are on 93 so i would assume e85 and more optimal timing would add a lot. I have the same cams as well so this is a very close build to mine.

Lol, Batty I was about to drill him with the same questions. I'm thinking we'll spool around 4200 max. This gives me hope!

Stock IM?

Me too! My engine will be assembled this weekend and installed the following weekend barring any unforseen obstacles. I am excited!

Just glad to see so many big turbo, Hafe setups popping up and doing some sweet damage on the dyno.

Team Hafe Unite! Hahaha. Ok your car looks a lot like mine. We have all three 62 mm Turbo's of different varieties. I have the crappy turbine wheel I guess. How did your 6152 spool from a low 3rd gear Roll? What is your compression ratio?

I don't think 4200 is anywhere near reasonable sadly. I had a 2.3/35 and it was still 44-4500, and the 6262 seems to be a touch laggier. I had a JB 6262 on a 2.8 bmw engine and with long gears and only 18 psi it hit around 42-4300.

We all (Batty, OK, and I) have cast manifolds and ported stock IMs which both tend to aid a whole bunch in the spool department. I had a 2.0 large runner standard 35r before the 2.4L/Cast Mani 62mm (billet wheels) and it hit full boost around 4500. We shall see, but I surely expect spool to be a decent margin quicker!

The run on the graph was started late, but the car does have stock intake manifold. Boost on another graph showed 20 psi around 4300 and 28 at 4650. The pistons are 8:5 to 1 JE's shelf stock pistons. The car should be back soon for a re-tune with better fuel and possibly a ported intake manifold, where I think we should see 650 to 700 pretty easy! I did think about asking him if I could port the Hafe manifold a little to see if it helped!, but I am a fan of the Hafe now!

Wastegate is dumped!

Very nice! My 10.5:1 should help a little. I have mine port matched but the runners aren't ported. They look nice as is. Excited to see results on better fuel. One more question! What size turbine housing ?

Tom, is that quickest stock block/ecu title you are claiming just a PB of your customers or just for 2012?
