no offence at all i never seen engine makes 325 whp and 417wtq with stock evo 9 turbo,91 octane and 1.6 bar peak ...i may be wrong,please correct me .

4gear. If you think that evo9 turbo will give more power at 2 bar its your big mistake. Only torque will rise)))

so you are saying you will not gain any hp from 23 psi jumping to 29 psi ? are you runing a rally restrictor ?
your dyno is reading wrong,
at 3917rpm you are making around 397 wtq and 215 whp
but HP=TORQUE X RPM / 5252
means 397 X3917/5252= 296 whp.

417 NM is actually 307ft lbs

yes, with 29psi you only will up the torque and your air temp will rise high))) if you need the power on stock turbo, you have to rev engine at least 6000rpm and at this RPM you will not able to hold boost. If you will use hard actuator or wg spring, backpressure dont let you get power. You need only big turbo))) So I dont recommend boost higher than 1.6-1.7 bar. If you run rally car, then you need torque and your engine operate till 6000 because of restrictor in the intake.

317wtq seems good
i usually see kw VS NM for uk corrections and hp vs ft lbs,donno how ukrain runs
i made 400/400 with evo 9 turbo at 30 psi with s2 cams,stock turbo and intake manifold
23 psi made less power.

How can you keep 29psi till 6500 and higher? Do you have 400whp or engine power?

sorry but i have to jump in here, i just put down 403 whp and 395 tq with 9 turbo, s2 cams 1000cc injectors, and meth @30 psi.My boost peaks at 30 psi in forth gear and tapers down to about 25 psi at up to 7300 rpm.
track times are coming soon that's what i am looking forward to.

exactly that's how my curve is, 30 psi and holding 24-25 at 7200-7300~ and 22 at rev limiter making 400 whp to the wheels.

I think your boost is hight at 4 gears becouse of small WG hole. Look at your boost at 2 and 3 gears

2nd gear is 25 and third is ard 28 psi

Its not possible. Are you talking about peak boost, or your boost is not down to redline?
