What radiator are you using? This is a sick setup and great numbers!

Thanks on the compliments man!! Im using a custom Griffin circle track radiator with the inlet and outlet on the driver's side. The only permanent thing about this setup is the cut I had to make in the radiator support for the filler cap. Other than that this radiator fits where the AC condenser and stock radiator goes. Its got the one pusher fan on the front of the car and I've not had it even get close to getting hot even with the turbo manifold an inch from the core.

Soon! I still have to get the motor out soon so I can tear it down and inspect her internals. Then its onto the 2.0 build that I can rev a little higher. I hope to see some better response as it will be a fresh motor and a bit more efficient although I can expect not to have my torque numbers as close to my hp numbers like with this 2.3L. I ultimately would enjoy a LR motor so I can have the torque and rev it as well. This turbo loves boost!

Never were. I just wanted to see what the current setup would make before revamping everything or just the parts holding the setup and goals back. So far it seems that an injector upgrade along with a bigger pump would substantiate better numbers especially on the top end so I've aquired a set of ID1000's and a treadstone 340 to see how that goes. The car is on 91 octane right now and was during the pulls.

This turbo really is a surprise. It was made by a local company with the help of a friend who is deep into turbos. This concoction spools very very well despite the fact that I have 2in runners on the manifold and each of the runners is over 16in long. But with it being not holset's biggest hotside and it also being twin scroll it makes for a very streetable 500+awhp.

The motor is getting pulled this week for the inspection and hopefully I wont be looking for a new or bare evo 9 head. Wish me luck!

Upgrade your Virtual Dyno. U have 1.2 and its currently at 2.4 or something. There was a lot of improvements in consistency and accuracy in the newer versions.

In doing so do you think the numbers will go up or down? I just needed something to show tangible evidence of what we were feeling during all these pulls. I'm not a big numbers kind of guy as I enjoy power under the curve more. Thats why I like the 2.3 but I am willing to give up the displacement for staying in the gear longer by revving higher.

Dont know if number will go up, down or stay, just know its best to use the most up to date version.

How fast does this turbo spool compared to stock?

If I were to run this turbo I would use the BEP housing. I think it would flow better.

How small is the radiator?

Doesn't look like there is enough space for a full length radiator. This turbo is too big. I was thinking about switching to a CBRD slim radiator but now I think I need a half size radiator.

Got any pics of yours?

Looks like a solid setup overall, but you're leaving a LOT of spool on the table with those huge primaries on the manifold.

Sorry guys been a while since I've updated anything on here. Going to be tearing her down this weekend after a photoshoot so again, more to come.

RWD4g63, yeah i figured there would be some loss in spool by how big the primaries were but with testing this manifold's design and purposes i wanted a different combination. Mostly we decided to go with the 2in primaries because they would be able to be removed from the restriction of flow at high flow rates like what we were planning for this setup along with the fact that it is twin scroll I figured I could sacrifice a bit of spool with going with bigger runners which let me have some more flow up top. I did get some feedback from some friends who build manifolds say that the runner size would help let the gases expand a little before getting to the small t3 twin scroll footprint and that this manifold would be better suited for a t4 setup but that it would spool like crazy for what it is and sure as crap it spools very nicely.
