Buschur 2.0LR HKS272 20G 93oct

Heres another small bolt on turbo result. This is a local customer in PA, and we are not really pushing the car on 93oct, so its just a little conservative result for 93.

This car will be seeing E85 soon as well, so i will post that once its done.

The temperatures were probably somewhere in the 40-50F's during these runs.
He had a passenger in the car also.

This is after 5 pulls.

Mods:

Buschur 2.0LR wiseco HD2 pistons / manley rods

RC 1000cc injectors

This is my car lol. When I got this car it had some old 60-1 variant turbo and I was not very fond of that setup so I traded someone for their 20G setup. On 93 the car is fun and pulls nice and strong. The old setup/tune vs. 20G/new tune/different tuner is night and day and I do not regret slapping the old 20G in there at all! This car is my daily driver so I wanted something that was going to be responsive and fun. The power falling off up top is probably a mix of cam and I also did not have a 3-port installed on the car. The fact that it's a stock frame turbo probably doesn't help either lol. I now have a 3-port on car and we will be doing hybrid boost control on E-85 so hopefully it can hold better out the top. I probably won't change this setup much after we do an E85 tune as it's meeting/exceeding my needs for a daily driver. I have another Evo with a 2.3L, S3's, topmount 6466 etc. etc. that we will begin tuning in the coming months that will satisfy my needs for anything over whatever this will produce on corn lol.

Wow, 24psi by 3500rpm.... there is no way I would have guessed this was running a 20G on pump looking at that plot if you didn't say it, nice work.

So jelly! I wish I had replaced the broken turbine wheel when I had the 20G.

We put it on E85 and modded the walbro and here is the first pull. Much more torque hiding in there. I will update once we complete it.

It is a stock tdo5h turbine wheel and a turbochargers.com 20G compressor wheel and a machined stock compressor housing EVO9 based Turbo.
