Stock Block HTA86 madness

I bought this car back in January of last year and this is about the 3rd iteration of the build thus far. I won't bore you with the past builds and i'll just get down to the nitty gritty.

I know I will probably hear about 20 different times about how the block is going to disintegrate into a million pieces but it has held up thus far and has been at around 440 tq since about July. The built motor will probably go in next month. With that being said this is not my daily driver and only comes out on the weekends and when the weather wants to be nice. Mods are as follows.

Stock Block 4g63 W/80k Miles
Buschur Ported Intake Manifold
Buschur Ported throttle body
FIC 2150cc Injectors
GSC S2 Cams
GSC Zero tick Lifters
GSC hi rev springs and titanium retainers
JDL Forward Facing Hot parts
-manifold
-O2 housing
-downpipe
FP HTA86
Tanabe Cat back
VRSF 3.5" Fmic
VRSF SR UICP
JDL LICP for the FF Kit
Walbro 450 Hardwired on the stock FPR
SlowPoke tune

Here are a few pics of the car right now. I haven't been able to get any good motor pics yet so these will have to suffice.

Boost is set at 34# and of course she is on a healthy diet of corn

Nice numbers, but if a built motor is going in in a month, why would you risk the block on stock rods?

I would not be comfortable with 500ftlbs on the stock rods. You have to think about what else could be damaged if the rods go through the block. Are you prepared to buy a new transfer case or turbo setup or both?

yes sir! the car stays on e85 most of the time. I will most likely get a pump gas tune when i get retuned with the built motor.

What turbine housing is that on j/w? Keep us updated on how it goes as well. Also that looks like a normal 35r to me or is that an old pic?

that was an old pic haha.. Just a turbo i used for mock up because i couldn't contain myself while i was out of work for a month. The hta86 was en route at the time.

This is a t3 .82 A/R v band out. One of these days i'll make a build thread of my endeavors thus far.
