Strictly Modified - 1024hp/733tq - "SMEVO8"

Just got off the rollers with our shop car and we set a new personal best of 1024 whp and 733 Tq with the infamous Precision twin scroll 6766!!

The Only change made on the car is we swapped out the old cylinder head with a Strictly Modified ported head. Oh and this was done on E-85 winter blend (usually on E98)!!!

Update... Car has been switched over to a Super 99 and ETS 6in intercooler.

Specs-
-Strictly Modified 2.0L 10.5:1
-Strictly Modified ported cyl head / 1mm over valves
-Toxic Fab FF T4 twin scroll Ex manifold
-Precision 6766
-Ets 5in intercooler w/ SM 3in upper lower pipes
-AEM EMS
-Magnus IM / Boomba TB
-Spark Tech Sequential w/ CDI

That is the cleanest engine bay bar none. It looks like the only thing holding it back, is RPM's.

Congrats guys thats a ton of power but this is the 3rd post you have made about accomplishing the same thing, doesnt anyone else notice this? Is this a drag car, or a dyno queen?

You guys made a post when the car (smevo) made 1003 hp. Then claimed big changes for the car even though it never made a good pass. You tore it apart, installed a new head, cams, turbo, so basicaly put a ton of money into the car. Well...... all that money, a new tuning post of course, all for 1 more hp, 1004 HP to be exact.

Now you dyno the car in 15 deg weather instead of summer temps, and it makes 15 more HP because of your head and it has nothing to do with the 60 degree temp difference.

You guys have proven that all the money in the world will not make a fast car. A customer could bring you their car, dump all the money they jave on it, wait literaly years for it to get dialed in and still never make a good pass, because that's exactly what you guys do with your shop car.

Why so much hate? like you said its 15 deg out. why would you expect any track times right now?

Some people have different goals with there cars than others. You make yourself sound really ignorant in this post. But then again that's probably coming from a guy with a 300hp evo...

Thank you, I'm glad you brought this up, considering we never really have time to update the world with what really goes on behind closed doors. Yes MULTIPLE posts have been and we will continue to make them regardless of the love or hate. Multiple changes have been made to the car NOT only to "claim" hp but to simply to see what works best in the 1/4 mile. There's no doubt that the car is capable of an 8 second pass, the car has NEVER been on full power at the track but that's besides the point. This is a very serious car that you cant just jump into and drive it into the 8s first pass. We went through a lot of hoops and I don't have to explain this to you but I will, so this post doesn't come up again.

1) We do run a business so getting the car to the track as much as we want to for seat time does not work in our favor. After all, if we put customer's aside for our shop car.. I'm sure we would have a lot of angry customer's and without our customer's and their support we wouldn't have the opportunity to make posts like this.

2) Our first track pass this year happened to be at the Buschur Shootout. Seeing that we just made a changes we didn't know what we were in for and the our worst nightmare came true. During one of the passes we made the car got loose and we money shifted back into second gear coming out of third (it happens). At that point we let the car sit for a while we caught up with work at the shop.

3)A dyno queen would be dyno #'s with no track time. Our track time was very limited toward the end of the season but is our main focus. We have already been in the bottom 9's and 167mph+ not even on full power, so how can you say dyno queen? We would love to be at the track right now dialing the car in but -20 degree weather is not your ideal track temps haha.

4) We never swapped turbos, the car has been on the same 6766 for a few years now, lol.

Not entirely sure why I am wasting my time entertaining an ignorant post like this but there you go. So next post we put up feel free to keep scrolling right past it.

Thank you sir, yes this was on a SM 2.0 high compression 10.5:1 motor. This was done at 48 psi on a 1.32 a/r turbine housing.
