ummmmmmm maybe not good to have it jumping up and down like that, most of the graphs I see show a smooth curve

Nice numbers for that boost level and octane. I recently got tuned with similar mods only have bigger injectors and made 327hp and 327tq on 93 octane on 25psi on a dynojet. Would probably be about 300hp on a mustang dyno.

Might have something to do with the FMIC, it was pretty beat up and shop told me it was heat soaked, hence the reason I bought a new one.

At what level do you guys think I'll need to buy injectors (if at all)? Which injectors? I'd like to be at 350whp, I don't plan on going any higher as this is my DD and it already has high miles.

The jitter with the graph is a result of the smoothing the shop chose to use. I wouldnt be too concerned about that as long as the car pulls smoothly to redline.

It has nothing to do with heatsoak of the intercooler. If you were having heatsoak issues the ecu would pull timing depending on the severity of the feedback it's receiving from the knock sensor.

As for the injectors, if you plan to stick with the stock turbo and only run 91 then you don't need to worry about replacing them. The stock injectors with a wally will be perfectly fine.

not bad for the mods. you should buy an upgraded wg actuator also with your next mods.

Thanks, I haven't looked into WG Actuators at all. In fact, I know nothing about them, have any recommendations?

From what I've read, a replacement WG Actuator helps to keep the boost pressure consistent by holding and controlling the discharge of boost better. The dyno sheet above looks fairly consistent to me and that's with a (maybe leaky) Evo 8 OEM plastic BOV. I already purchased an Evo 9 OEM metal BOV and a 3-port Grimmspeed Boost Controller which should only improve that line. How necessary is it for me to replace the WG Actuator?

I plant to take this car to ~330 whp. I've spent a lot on my car in the past month and I basically want to add one more thing for my next tune, either WG Actuator, O2 Dump or 660 Injectors. I think I'm fine with the 255 Walbro Pump and stock injectors, it's really just a toss-up between O2 dump and WG Actuator. From what I've read, many say the O2 dump was their favorite mod, probably because of the noise, but I've seen some nice gain claims. Thoughts?

I know, I was watching some dump comparison videos online. I don't drive in boost most of the time anyway, and when I do, I wouldn't mind rattling some gutters.

How much power are you putting down with your mods if you don't mind my asking?
