PRS Built 2.4 Motor 6466 on E85 Tuned by Mtuned 900whp

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to take the time out and share a Evo 9 customer car that we built and tuned here at PRS. Its a PRS built 2.4 motor with a ball bearing 6466 with PRS exhaust manifold on E85. Car is still using factory crank and ECU tuned by Michael Adkins (Mtuned). As for internals Customer requested Carillo rods and pistons. For the head work, its our race spec head, same that is on our Evo 8 track car. Ported with upgraded Cams, Ferrera Vales, springs and retainers and still has Mivec. As for drivetrain and suspension its all still OEM besides the clutch. Customer went with a Tiltion twin disc. Shortly after reaching this power level he had to upgrade to there custom Triple Disc due to the amount of TQ this car is making. Just need to upgrade to AEM Map sensor and ignition system in order to turn it up more. here is a pic of the dyno sheet and Video link to our Facebook page of the Dyno pull!

Customer is very happy with the power the car is making, just needs to get it to the ground now.

We uploaded the graph in time due to the RPM graph looking like this....

Yes car made 836wtq. At 4800rpm car hit 45psi. When we built this motor we knew it make great power, but was very impressed on the out come of the amount of power it already making at 45psi, even more for the amount of TQ its making.

I'm just curious, but has anyone, anywhere, in the entire world, seen a torque number this high from a 4G63 on a Mustang dyno?

Remember, Mustang dynos will typically show numbers at least 10% LOWER than a Dynojet....

This means that if these were Dynojet numbers this torque number would be around 910ftlbs of torque. Am I the only one who thinks that something is "off" here? Sorry, I don't buy it. There is a setting that is off on that dyno, IMHO, to come up with this kind of torque number.

Thanks for the updated graph, Iam sure there will be several more questions about this car/pull. It would be nice to get a better graph but in the end its just a tool to measure performance, hopefully you guys aren't using the miss callibrated dyno that other company was using back in the day from orlando

Looking forward to track results and vids. Good Luck.
