Peder 528whp Evo IX 92 octane
Peder brought us a stock block 2.0L IX with a Sheepey forward facing kit and 6262 on it feeding all ETS parts. This combo and some Fuel Injector Clinic 1120s worked well -

During the tune the intake cam sensor decided to take a break. It is interesting exactly how much the MIVEC was helping this combo when all of the sudden it was gone -

I'll definitely be back to see you guys again Aaron! Hopefully for some e85 and built motor action! Thanks for all the advice. You know so much **** about these cars, it's like you designed the 4G63 yourself lol. You can count on seeing me at Shift-S3ctor in McMinnville in August

You can do that or more, horsepower is not the limiting factor as it is a function of torque. In the case of the stock 2.0L the mean average for torque limit is about 400 ft lbs. This allows for well over 600whp depending on where the torque is made. My personal Evo IX made 574/399 on a stock motor for quite some time without any issue.
Interesting. I am assuming you were still running some Mivec advance at hig rpm, seeing that the curves don't overlay on top of each other. I would have thought Any advance at that rpm would hurt rather than help.

Its set to -1.2* past 6k. It seems that anytime you have changes down low they tend to carry. It doesnt make sense necessarily but its how it seems to flow. In this case my theory is the time difference to make the power equates to heat build up versus the working MIVEC pull is faster overall.
