Thanks for posting the graph. Just a suggestion but you should change out the 64mm turbine wheel for the 67mm to help with top-end flow.

On Dave Ruby's Talon, they ran into the flow limit of the 0.70 T-housing even with using the 67mm turbine and that is on a 2 litre. Your 2.4LR will need even more turbine flow,
