I ordered a mitah cable from ebay and there was another cable in the package. I was just wondering what cable is it. It seems that it might be the mitsubishi adaptor cable but it seems like there are way to few fires to be a harness. here are the pics..

Left one is the Mitah but what is the right one.



There arent that many wires and the pics of the mitsu harness ive seen had alot more wires.

 

that looks like the amp intergration harness for the infinity system. the other plug is just your 12 v ign and grd and amp turn on. You will need a raido with front and rear rcs outputs. That will feed the sound to your speakers

Yes you will. The pic above looks almost like the guy removed all unused speaker wire connectors. If you have SSL you will need the din-rca convertor cable as well as the mitsu harness.

 

Soo really there would need to be 3 harness. The Mitah with the 4 rca's, the power connection to the amp, and then a mitsu harness for the headunit. am i correct or am i still missing something.

 

Whatever deck you go with should have a remote turn-on for the amp so you don't need another harness for it and actually there is no "other" harness anyway. The mitah for the sound and the mitsu for the power etc.

 

there is no speaker wires in the harness b/ there all in the din cable which what you have right there is converted to rcs and it feeds the signal from them into the amp. All u have to hook up is the red yellow black and blue.... plug the rcas in and your good to go

 

soo i guess i shouldnt ordered the mitsubishi harness because the one i pictured is all i need?

you have exactly what you need.

you have SSL. That means there are no speaker wires in your HU harness. They are all going to come from RCA preouts on the headunit.

The Mitsu adapter (White) will provide power, illumination, and antenna amp turn on.
The MITAH, will have the RCA's for your SUB, and your Speakers. This is because your car has an amplifer already.
