About 2 months ago my head unit was acting up and i could only change the song or volume with the remote and not the actual head unit. Just recently the head unit wont even turn on, and the remote wont do anything for it either. Today i replaced my battery and it turned on but it said code but i couldnt put in the numbers because the headunit didnt do anything.

 

I have the same problelm..is there a universal code?

Depending on the HU you have, is it a flip face? If so, i have had 3 that went out due to the ribbon cable breaking. www.pacparts.com is a great place to order new cables and any other parts you can think of.
