1 ft cu sealed.
your problems are solved

Or...If you want to stick with "Orion" since you already have the components, get the H2...

The 12 inch goes in .66 cu. ft. and handles 2500w rms! They sound really nice, but you will need to go ported which is in 1 cu. ft. to get really nice deep bass, but you lose a bit of sound quality when you go ported. The 10 inch handles the same power, but goes in .33 cu ft sealed and .66 cu. ft ported. Can't go wrong with Boston Acoustics either though...They make really great quality equipment...I fell in love with their components. Never heard anything quite like them...Made MB Quarts sound like a joke to me
^^H2's like big enclosures and actually do not perform very well in sealed applications (thats not what they were designed for if you analize their ts parameters). They do sound very good in larger vented enclosures with around 1200-1500RMS (they dont need 2500 watts and will not take it very long...ask me how I know
) Out of all my SPL subs H2's are by far my favorite for the price. Also not very heavy for the actual size of the sub. For the price though you can pick them up for now they are one hell of a sub.
