Does anyone know if the stock head unit has an Audio in jack in the back of it?

I'm using the FM transmitter and it sucks...

 

To the best of my knowledge, no. If you want something better than the FM transmitter, you can get a wired FM modulator that will help immensely. It's still not as good as a dedicated deal, but the wired unit will pretty much override whatever signal goes to the station you have set, so you don't have to worry about static. It also eliminates the need to change the frequency if you travel.
