Ok, this is a follow-up thread to where I was looking for a CF hood. This is for a 2003 Evolution VIII. I went with the 3.5" FMIC and LICP from ETS. Now I need to get a new radiator, bottom front bumper lip and a set of JDM MR headlight. One of the headlights got cracked so I figure I might as well go with the JDM ones. So a few of questions:

• What is the best place to get JDM MR headlights from?
• Will the JDM MR headlights fit a '03 Evo VIII?
• I know about the harness needed for the conversion but what will the bulb and ballast cost me for one from the dealer (left side) as I still have one that works (right side)?
• Should I change the bottom lip for a CF one? If so, which? I need to keep it close to the cost of the OEM one which is $250. I might be able to swing a little more cash.
• What is the best radiator to get? I found the Koyo one but could not find a review on it.
