Switched 12V

Is the #2 Fuse (7.5A, Picture of Speedometer) in the fusebox below the steering column switched 12V? If not, please advise which fuse in this box is. I don't have a multimeter to test sorry.

I don't know either, but a multimeter costs like $10 at Radioshack - might be fastest if you are in a hurry. I'd check it for you, but my Evo is in WA and I'm in CA right now ...
