+1. That thing is WAY to big. Kicker offers smaller and better packages.

I had the D3 in mine until is was jacked this past week. I loved it and the bypass was simple. Check out avic411.com for more info. Ill probably get another one.

TTT. I am trying to install my D3. I was wondering where you connect the speed sensor to? (pink wire) If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. thanks.

Where did you place the gps antenna? And do you know where the speed sensor wires and reverse sensors are. I just got mine and I'll be doing my own install.

I placed the GPS sensor right next to the 3rd brakelight in the back window. I just wired it under the drivers side carpet by the door.

Now onto the speed sensor, I connected it directly to the ECU. It is PIN Number 86 on the ECU. http://www.roadraceengineering.com/e...-ecuwiring.htm <-Please Refer to this diagram to find out which port it's on. The wire is Black with a yellow stripe on it. Not hard to miss. Lastly, the reverse sensor is a light brown wire that is on the harness on the drivers side kick panel. Not hard to miss either. Other than that, it's fairly straight forward on the rest of the install. If you have any more questions, please feel free to PM me, and I can send you pics, or further explain something you may not understand.

P.S. If you want to do the parking brake bypass, check out avic411.com and it has a step by step instructions to do it. It's pretty much idiot proof and only takes 2 minutes max to do it. Good Luck.

Thanks for the awesome info. I have the bypass information printed. Did you have to buy the ADT-VA133 double din install kit from pioneer to fit the unit?

I'm not sure. I just put my unit in about a week ago, and am still waiting for my orbital double din to come in the mail within the next week or two. I'll update you once I get it all together, or maybe someone else that has already put this and the orbital kit can chime in.
