seat warmer fuse - WTF?

Well, as part of my wiring-harness-ectomy project, I noticed that the sunroof has a seperate fuse as an attachment to the fuse box. Looking at the fuse diagram on the side of the coin holder cubby, it says seat warmer

So, I traced the 2 wires,

one is blue - (switched ignition) and goes to the ignition hanress - to ensure that it gets power.

Second is white dotted wire which goes to a plug on the top of the fuse box.

The PDF manual says nothing of this fuse. Since my sunroof will be eliminated, I want to eliminate this fuse setup, but am unsure what the 2nd wire does. I tried looking the in PDF manual and the circuuit diagrams don't talk about it. I would hate to pull the pin out on this wire and eliminate it.

I can post pics, but may scare a few people since the interior harness with junction box(fuse box and ETACS) is just chilling on the floor in my kitchen!

Has anyone researched this or figured this out?

Thanks!
