Immoboilizer Problem .. I think

I'll try to explain this real quick . I got the car used. Never knew it had an immobolizer. Funny thing is I been driving the car for 3 years with a mechanical key (all metal key). I finally had to change the battery on the car. Changed the battery. Now the car does not start. Car trys to crank but doesn't start. I'm thinking it has something to do with the immobolizer and ecu getting reset after I changed the battery. Only thing I found was a small box beneath the under cover that says ATS protection. Anyone have any ideas?

get a key with the immobilizer, are you sure your battery is good? Have you tried to jump it? You can also remove the immobilizer if needed.

Yeah I got a new battery in it right now. All the problems came when I put in the new battery. How can you remove the immobolizer?

You should reflash the car and remove the immobilizer as we are able to offer at TTP.
