Okay, I have two issues with an Xetronic HID Conversion kit I bought a while back.

First off, the driver side light attempts to turn on but doesn't. All my wiring is straight. A few nights back, that headlight turned on in the middle of my drive to the store. It hasn't done that since. So I know it's not the bulb - I ordered a new ballast/igniter module which should be in this week.

Second off, since I installed this kit, the passenger side parking light works sometimes, and doesn't work other times.

Anyone have any suggestions?

 

well, they just started working again, just in the knick of time because I just received the replacement parts in the mail. I have had so many problems with this kit and no problems with none of my other performance installs. I recommend that you DO NOT install this Xetronic HID Conversion Kit!!!

Not only do they not work all the time but they aren't as bright as the kits from Europe.

 

bump...i dont have a xetronic kit but i'm having the same problems. my hid kits been on for a few months now with no problems and then a few weeks ago the passenger side went out. the ballast and bulb are fine as i switched them over to check. suggestions anyone?
