Where Does This Wire Go?!

im installing my Viper 791xv alarm and i need to know where the white/blue remote start (-) activation input wire on the primary harness connects to.

That should be what activates the remote start process. Take one of the channel outputs (most likely channel 3 output) and connect it to this wire.

i dont see a channel 3 output. i only see a channel 2 (trunk release), 4, 5, and 6 output.

No, this is wrong.

You do not need to hook that wire up to anything. That is for another device to activate the remote start, like a pager or timer that can send a (-) to turn on the remote starter.

You could also use a momentary switch on your dash to make a takeover easy.

Otherwise, cap it off and never look back.

There is nothing more to do than to locate the 2 wires from the switch in the driver door harness and hooking up the blue and green wires to them.

It has been awhile but I think it was blue/white and blue from the door, but don't quote me on that. They are negative trigger.
