Recommend me a rear view camera?

I just bought a JVC AVX800 and want to get a rear view camera for it, should I get the JVC one or are there other brands I should look into? Not looking for something crazy/expensive, just a decent bang for the buck.

I use a CCD-2000 from kenwood. I can't speak for any other products but the one I use. In the night time it lights up EVERYTHING BRIGHT AND CLEAR!!! OMFG, you can turn the lights off in and out of the car so it's pitch back, and you can't see your hands in front of your face, turn the cam on and it still makes it light up like day!!! I'm not talking about some crappy night vision, I'm talking about crystal clear and wonderful clear picture. Anyways, I have it teamed up with my Kenwood DNX-7100:

I have it mounted over the license plate and it's almost impossible to see.

No I didn't install it because it was put in the same time by the same people that did my car alarm, but it's too easy. On the back of the deck is a slot for it, run it down the center console, under the rug to the back seat, wire it under the panals in truck, and over the license plate. Use a good out door double sided tape so whether doesn't allow it to come off.

The CCD-2000 is the model number of the camera I use, it's made by Kenwood.

That's exactly what I paid for it, and I'm not sure, but I'm guessing all camera's are compatible with each other, but don't quote me on that...

GL though

For me, I always park in reverse, I attend all the auto meets/ shows I can go to, and there's crowds of people and knowing where the end of the curb is, is sometimes hard to see when people are blocking it. I park easy, perfectly straight every time. I wasn't ever a bad rear parker, but I'm just saying it helps a lot. The camera guides me to see exactly how center I am and when to stop so I can literally spend seconds backing up perfectly. Not only that, in places where there is absolutely no light, this thing makes the night become day and I can see, when the reverse lights are not enough, so it's a really good thing to have IMO. But now, I'm wiring it so I can see behind me as I drive, so if I'm racing I can see how far back I left someone

Yeah, as long as i have a good picture of the camera end cables that would go into my navigation system and make sure its a good match, I'll be ok. Actually, here. Tomorrow, I'll take a picture of what I have installed in my car and maybe I can get some help figuring this out...

It really should be this simple. (I hope) lol

If you have an LCD set up and dont mind spending $150 to see whats behind you! Then so be it. To each his own! And it might come in handy from time to time...

No idea to which camera is small enough to fit in the keyhole, but just out of curiosity.... Why would you want one there?
