This alarm has just released. Im definitely gonna pick one up, the remote is so nice. It comes manual transmission ready too unlike the old viper alarms.

I just read the specs on that system and all their other systems. None of them claim to be manual transmission ready. I'm not saying you are wrong, I just don't see it on their website.

Had to double check myself but I found it: http://www.viper.com/Products/Produc...?ProductID=105
Look down at technology & functionality. "Manual Transmission remote start enabled for the millions of stick shift vehicles".

i just got my alarm installed...its a viper 350hv. the installer placed the antenna right in the middle of the windshield and its kinda annoying watching it go up and down when i'm driving. i wanna relocate so i cant see it. the transmitter will still pick up the signal right?

I have the 791XV with most of the add-ons. I personally really like Viper and have not had a problem yet.

My brother installs alarms and car audio for a living, so that might be a big reason why I never have a problem.
