Am I crazy?

I wanted a set-up where I can remove the sub VERY EASILY for the track or whatever.

I decided to try a house plug, I am sure its been done before but I still wanted speakers when I went to the track.

Here are some pics, ill let you know if it works or not once its done.

Holy Ghetto-ness!

Why not try some type of automotive conector like Duetsch or even packard?

There are plugs for this purpose that are designed for automotive use (won't fall out, corrosion, etc.) Check partsexpress.com or selectproducts.com.

Nice thinking and innovation!

maybe it wasnt the best thing to do but I think its pretty sharp and Its what I had.
Its a 3 prong plug so it was perfect for power ground and remote
