Boost gauge failure

The other day my boost gauge stopped working. I still lit up so I assume it was the vaccuum line. Sure enough I felt around and found it disconnected (somehow must have pulled off the plastic thing). I pushed it back on and zipped it down so it would come disconnect again.

It worked perfectly after that for like 2 days and then it stopped again. It lights up so I checked the same spot and its hooke up just fine. Where else should I check???

Suggestions...

BTW it sit on top of the steering wheel colum so its right below the RPM gauge.

follow the vacum line to the source, its t-d into the vac lines by your intake manifold.
