ok so i just paid for the 7900 but when i picked up my car they had put in the 5900...........when i confronted them about it they said the 7900 had been recaled so my question is whats the diffence between the 2? i looked on the vipor website and it looks like the 5900 has greter range but the 7900 has a color screen. now i work in a warehouse so i would like to have coverage everywhere when im inside what do u guys think? and should i be getting some kind of compensation for them bull****ting me?????? no one told me they were gonna put in the 5900 i picked up my car yesterday and looked and the owneres manulal when i see 5900...........

 

the 7900's really only difference is the animated 2 way remote. The 5900 is the same as the the unit before it the 791xv the only difference between the 791 and the 5900 is the 1 mile range as opposed to the 1/4 mile range of the 791.
