Check both connections at the alternator. Then check your grounds. I'd also recommend atleast one extra ground from the engine to the firewall with a fairly heavy gauge cable.

Thanks David.

We ruled out the following today.

Jon checked the driver kick panel (by the floor) and the wires notorious for corrosion are all fine. Many members have stated they effect many issues in the interior lighting.

Jon also confirmed the crank sensor is bolted properly and the wires are in tact and routed perfectly.

This is all leading back to the possibility the alternator became oil soaked due to my oil pump leaking oil last week. I am assuming the voltage regulator is starting to fail and this was indicated by the aem showing inconsistent voltage thru out the dyno pulls.

Pruven has spent endless hours helping me with this build and I can't say enough about thier commitment to my build and my car.

Jon is going to swap out my alternator tonight or Tuesday morning and we will see if this fixes all of these issues.

Thank you David for the insight!

Al from Dynoflash was very helpful and generous with his offer to help.

Member AllinEvo was also hugely helpful with some diagnostic ideas.

Thanks everyone. It means a lot when this community can come together and offer vast knowledge from so many areas to help diagnose a problem.
