HID question

HID question

ok ive searched a decent amount and find mixed answers...my car is the base ix gsr non-hid i want to convert it to HID...when people say plug and play they still mean the ballast and all needs to be installed i will be purchasing a kit tomorrow from someone nearby and wanted to know if i was purchasing the right thing ballast and 9006 HID bulbs

yes, i have a non-hid VIII and all i needed was the hid conversion kit, which should come with the harness, ballasts and 9006 bulbs. install was a PITA compared to my old 240. but it is plug and play.

yeah man i know ive went through half of it already my car is in the garage with the bumper half off i ordered bulbs and figured they would just go in i did not know my lights were non-HID i figured i know i have projectors so i have HIDs. today sucked but i have someone close buy with good HIDs and i will be installing them tomorrow the passenger side ballast is going to be a *****!
