Oil Light Flickering and E-Brake Light Problems

Hey!
So my e-brake light will stay on after I start up my car for 15 mins or so. After I get on the gas hard, the light goes away. It will occasionally come back on. Is this a rain gremlin? It started after I had some fun in the rain (did pull the e-brake mid turn), so maybe?
The concern I have is that I know that the ACD disengages when the ebrake is pulled (on the Japanese evos), so will this mean that the ACD is disengaged when the light is on?

Second, after some hard mountain driving (tight turns mainly) or at an autox, my car's oil light will flicker, but it won't stay on permanently, and eventually goes away. Oil level is fine, and I'm using 10w-30 full synthetic, so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue. I was in an accident about a year ago, but everything was fine for the last year, just started all happening recently. So is this an electrical problem or a sensor problem?

So the only mods I have on now are a drop in filter, lower ic pipe, cat back exhaust. My SES light is on, but it is because my rear o2 sensor is broken.
Thanks ahead of time.
