I would like to get a balist an higher watt like 8k or 10k lights upgrade.I already have hid but one of my balist has went bad (URRR) already. Thanks in advance.

The temperature of the lights (i.e. 6k,8k,10k) is controlled by the bulb not the ballast. Replacing your ballast will not change the color of your bulbs. I have no idea if they can repair a factory ballast.
