Buy a Mitsu keyless entry remote and program it to your car. I'm sure instructions can be found on this board or the dealership will definitely be able to do it.

 

"How do I tell if my Evo has keyless entry?" Hmm.. Does the key come with a remote? "nope." Then you don't have keyless entry. Buy a remote on eBay then program it.

 

haha mine did. had to buy a remote tho. after i programed it, the only door that wouldn't unlock/lock automatically is the driver's side..

 

You can tell if the car is keyless 2 ways: 1 It has a remote and 2 It doesn't have the manual window crank J/K I would ask the dealer for the other key and remote if they have it. Maybe they'll throw it in for ya. Otherwise, get a security w/keyless entry system and install it yourself if you know how.
