suggestion for audio installer in Boston area

I am new to the area and need recommendation for a competent shop. I dont need anything fancy; just want to replace the OEM with a new head unit and have it look reasonable.
thanks
Ian

Any shop should be able to do that, I would just drive around and get some prices. Even bestbuy. Id do the job yourself if you have any knowledge, shouldnt be too bad.

Might having better luck posting this in the NE regional section of the forum. That way you'll be reaching local guys who might have connections and might have had some installs done.

The most competent shop would be DIY buddy. Not that hard. Just splice wires, solder the two ends, and tape it or heatshrink tape that area. There are some DIY guides in here I'm sure. But since you have a lot of money to throw away, you can take it to Circuit City or Best Buy if there is any in your area. GL

Might not even have to splice

Go to bestbuy, pick up an audio harness adapter for your evo and pick up one for the manufacturer of the HU. last time i did this those harnesses plugged into each other and then into the harness/HU, w/o splicing.
