I have MB Quartz RWE-160 Midrange Speakers installed in my Evo 8. The other day my drivers side speaker stopped working. The tweeter works fine but not the speaker.

I removed the speaker and noticed one of the wires was detached. There is a thin copper wire that it connects to and the other side is soldered to a bracket.

I'm no audio expert so sorry if my choice in words is incorrect. Hopefully the crappy cell phone pics helps explain what I'm talking about.

My question is: Can this be repaired or do I need to purchase a new set of speakers?

I've ran into this problem before and you can resolder the connection
