Make my own front lip

OK, so I don't like ANY lips out there for my car. I've been thinking to myself, should I just make my own WRC lip out of rubber? Well, I'm planning on it and while it won't be a complete WRC copy (as I'll have bolts showing from the outside), it'll work just fine for me. I want to know where I can get those thin layers of rubber they use. My friend said just go to Home Depot and get those gardening rubber fence things and start bolting it on to my car but IDK... Sounds ghetto.

If anyone doesn't know yet, I want to achieve this lip.

Anyone know where I can get the thin rubber material or will I have to use gardening fence?

Are you trying to make a lip or just achieving the lip look? For just the lip look, you can apply vinyl to it or apply rubber coating onto it. The coating comes in all kinds of colors. You may have seen them on tools and handles. They're good in all types of weather.
