EVO 8 cuts out / dies for no reason

Every now and then my evo decides to just lose power. I have changed the ignition switch out and that seemed to help a bit, but the other day i was in a drive through car wash and my evo just died and wouldn't start so i waited till the car wash ended got out and pushed my car out of the wash bay and when i got back in the car had power going to it. If you have any ideas please let me know because its becoming a hassle / embarassing problem.

check for something electrical that is exposed. And where the car gets wet in the engine bay after a car wash.
