Unhappy Evo 9 SE big red box module

Okay, a friend and I wired a turbo timer in my car yesterday and now the big red box behind the drivers side fuse box is most likely fried because the rear wiper/ turn signals/ and brights do not work(I dont know how a turbo timer could fry this module)..

SO I call the dealer and I read him the big red fried box's part " # 8637A014 ", the dealer confirmed that is the correct part for the SE model..
Other part #'s are for the MR model and other models..

SO has anyone delt with this altercation with their SE before??
The part # I listed above is for a 2004-'06 Mitsubish Outlander SUV wth!

Will an MR alarm module(big read box) work with the SE?

And to top it all off Mitsubishi Part number 8637A014 was superseded by part number 8637A323. Will the newer module work?; I am not sure

SO in conclusion the evo 9 wiring is not pretty, and after much digging around my ECU has been repaired quite a bit by previous owners and this is turning out to be a electrical nightmare.. My plan at this point is to ground the car for the winter and get an AEM ecu and go over EVERY wire to make certain I dont risk frying the new ECU or another $300 SUV TURN SIGNAL/ALARM/REAR WIPER/SPRAYER MODULE any thoughts??

*Update*

Okay, last week my car got so bad electrically it would not start, so I gave up after trying everything & checking/changing modules and chasing wires,so I had it towed.

-A New AEM ecu II fixed the fuel pump & no spark issue......

-Issues- only low beam, hazards and horn are the only thing that work WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO... EVERYTHING (horn, turn signals, high beam, low beam, fogs, dome lights, wiper blades, ALL HAVE A MIND OF THIER OWN STILL,WORK AT RANDOM?!?)

I have replaced 3 ETACS UNITS with no change
An electronics engineer friend & race shop gave up after chasing every wire & box, relay, front "ecu", "ETACS ECU".......

The race shop hardwired every wired connector in case of corrosion by the drivers kick panel fuse box (The Waterleak fix DIY on here) and still no change

Is there something all of us are missing here? Stealership is my last resort, does anyone have an idear on what else could cause such crazy symptoms?
